  • Platform Expertise: We are experienced with Airbnb and VRBO. We can create your listing from scratch or enhance your existing listing to make it more appealing to potential guests.

  • Comprehensive Support: We handle all guest inquiries, questions, and issues before, during, and after their stay, ensuring a smooth experience for both you and your guests.

  • Property Inspection: After each guest checks out, we inspect the property to assess its condition. If items are stolen or damaged, we contact Airbnb or VRBO to resolve the issue and manage the replacement or repair process.

  • Feedback: We leave reviews for guests after their stay to help you build a reputable rental profile.

  • Waste Disposal: If there are no guests booked on garbage day, we take the garbage and recycling bins to the curb and return them the following day.

  • Service Coordination: We coordinate with vendors for any necessary repairs or maintenance, meeting them at the property during service calls. We have a list of trusted vendors ready to assist as needed.

  • Yes, we offer additional services that are not included in the property management fee:

    Cleaning

    • Detailed Cleaning: Comprehensive cleaning of the entire space, changing linens, setting up towels, washing dirty linens in our commercial-grade washer and dryer, and restocking essential items. Note: A backup set of linens (sheets, pillowcases, towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, etc.) must be provided for each cleaning.

    Vendor Service Fees

    • Appointment Management: We handle vendor appointments and supervise the service. The fees for these services are billed separately to you.
