    Diamond Package: For those requiring an even deeper clean, our Diamond Package includes all the services of the Platinum Package with additional enhancements. Ideal for clients seeking a more intensive cleaning experience, this package ensures every nook and cranny is meticulously cleaned to perfection.

    Ongoing Upkeep Options:

    Bronze Package: Our budget-friendly Bronze Package is tailored for regular upkeep after the initial deep cleaning. Most of our weekly clients find this package ideal for maintaining a consistently tidy home.

    Gold Package: For those who desire comprehensive cleaning on a monthly basis, our Gold Package is the perfect solution.   • We'll contact you to confirm immediate availability or inform you if you've been placed on our waiting list. We primarily communicate through follow-up emails or texts, but feel free to call our office during business hours for updates on your waitlist status.

We will focus on essential areas such as the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors, ensuring they are meticulously cleaned to our high standards. If you have specific priorities or areas of concern, please let us know in advance so we can prioritize them accordingly. Our goal is to leave your home fresh, tidy, and ready to enjoy. Throughout the cleaning process, we aim to exceed your expectations with our professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction. If there are any tasks that cannot be completed within the scheduled time frame, we will communicate this promptly and make arrangements to address them in subsequent visits.   • To prepare effectively for your first cleaning appointment, we kindly request that major clutter is organized and put away prior to our arrival. This ensures that our team can focus efficiently on cleaning your property within the allotted time. However, if you prefer, we are happy to assist with tidying up as part of our maid services, in addition to the quoted cleaning service. If you anticipate needing significant assistance with picking up, please inform us when scheduling your service.

    Please note, excessive tidying up such as dishes in the sink, children's toys, gathering trash, or collecting used dishes may require additional time. In such cases, an extra fee may be applied, which will be communicated to you via email. The cost will depend on the additional time needed to handle these tasks before commencing with the cleaning service. Occasional minor items left out are normal and expected, but if extensive tidying is necessary, we will notify you promptly and discuss how to proceed to ensure efficient cleaning of your home.

    Our goal is to provide thorough and effective cleaning services while accommodating your needs and preferences. We look forward to ensuring your home is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained after each visit.

  • You do not need to be home for us to clean your property. While we are happy to clean while you're present, we find that we can work more efficiently when we have uninterrupted access to your home. This allows us to move freely and complete the cleaning without any interruptions.

    If there are multiple people at home or if we have to wait for tasks to be completed before we can proceed with cleaning certain areas, additional fees may apply. However, as long as we have access to your home and either cash/check left on the counter or a card saved on file for payment, your presence is not required during the cleaning session.

    Our priority is to provide you with a thorough and hassle-free cleaning service, ensuring your home is clean and inviting after each visit.

  • We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate various cleaning needs:

    Weekly Cleaning: Scheduled once a week on the same day and timeframe for consistent maintenance.

    Bi-weekly Cleaning: Scheduled every two weeks, maintaining a regular cleaning routine.

    Monthly Cleaning: Scheduled once a month for deeper cleaning and maintenance.Occasional Cleaning: Scheduled on an as-needed basis, ideal for one-time or irregular cleaning needs.

    For weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning services, we strive to maintain the same day and timeframe for each visit whenever possible, ensuring convenience and consistency for our clients.

  • If you find that your quote is higher than expected, we understand and are here to help. Our pricing is based on several factors including the size and condition of your space, frequency of service, and your location within the county, all in alignment with our comprehensive Cleaning Checklist.

    To accommodate your budget, we can adjust the scope of services provided by focusing on your top priorities. You can reach out to us via email or request changes to your quote, and we'll work with you to make adjustments based on your specific cleaning needs. Our goal is to ensure you receive the cleaning service that meets both your expectations and budget requirements.   • We prioritize the use of products rated A through the Environmental Working Group (EWG), ensuring they are free from toxins and offer the highest safety ratings for you and your family. As companies occasionally adjust their ingredients and ratings may fluctuate from A to B-F, we stay vigilant in monitoring these changes. Therefore, we may discontinue using a product if its rating no longer aligns with our stringent standards, replacing it with a more suitable option that reflects our company values.   • We generally do not use customers' cleaning products or equipment. This policy ensures that we maintain our high standards of service quality and efficiency. Our team is trained to use specific products and equipment that we have found to be effective and safe for cleaning purposes. Using unfamiliar products or equipment may compromise the quality of our service and could potentially result in longer cleaning times. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the outcome of the job when using customer-provided products or equipment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing us to use our established tools and products to ensure the best cleaning results for your home or business.

  • We do our very best to ensure the same team cleans your home each visit. As a small company with three teams of two people, we understand the importance of consistency and familiarity. Occasionally, we may send an extra team member during busy days, but you will always have at least one person who knows your home well. Unless there is an illness with the team or during the very busy holiday season, we strive to keep the same team scheduled all the time. In the event that a different team will be servicing your home, we will notify you in advance.

  • Tipping your cleaner(s) is optional but always appreciated. Tips can be given directly to your cleaner(s) or added to your check or invoice, and they will be distributed to the team servicing your home. All tips are split evenly among the cleaning team that worked on your home that day. If you leave a cash tip, the team will divide it amongst themselves. Tips added to your debit card or check will be split evenly at the end of the week. During the holiday season, the team that serviced your home most frequently will split the holiday tip.

  • We understand that life can be unpredictable and things can come up unexpectedly. To accommodate such situations, we send out reminder messages 4 days before your next appointment as well as 1 day prior to your appointment to help you stay on track.

    If an emergency arises and you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. You can reach out by calling, texting, or emailing our office. We recognize that you may have pressing matters that require immediate attention, and we are here to assist you in any way we can.

    It's important to note that we have a long waiting list of clients eagerly anticipating an available spot on our schedule. We allocate specific days and times to service your home, ensuring that our team is dedicated to providing you with the best cleaning experience possible.

    We kindly request a 48-hour notice for any cancellations. This advance notice allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the newly available slot to another client. If you need to cancel within the 48-hour window, there will be a $35 last-minute cancellation fee. However, we understand that emergencies happen, so we will waive this fee one time per year as a courtesy to our valued clients.
