Over the years we have tried all kinds of all natural products. We made our own cleaners for a long time but got a lot of feedback that the vinegar smell was too strong (that’s vinegar for ya!). We still make our own cleaners for our own home and if you’d like to find out how to make your own cleaners, check out our blog about it!
We currently purchase and use only products that are rated low on the Think Dirty website (3 or lower) as well as rated with an A+ on EWG.org. We highly encourage you to download the Think Dirty app or go to the EWG.org website and check your current home product rating. I’m sure you will be shocked!
We use this on counter tops, shower walls, mirrors, sinks, toilets.

We use these items for soap scum build up and to scrub grout and lime buildup.
Our favorite thing to use on floors is a few small squirts of dish soap and 5 drops of essential oils into a large bucket of water. The soap picks up the dirt without leaving streaks and the essential oils kill the germs and leaves a lite natural scent.

Laundry Detergent & Bleach
We rarely use bleach. When we do, it’s Chlorine-Free Bleach. We use it on shower grout occasionally when the lime buildup has stained. We also use bleach in conjunction with Seventh Generation Laundry Powder when washing our towels and mop heads.
